The session will kick off with an overview of the Bayes MBA and how our suite of MBA programmes can be a powerful platform for career transformation and acceleration. This will be followed by a conversation with Professor Costas Andriopoulos, Associate Dean MBA Programmes and David Villa-Clarke, Modular EMBA 2016 alumnus.

Together, they’ll explore leadership, impact, and the Bayes MBA journey—from shaping purpose-driven careers to leading with influence in complex global environments.

David Villa-Clarke BEM, MBA, APFS is a Strategy and DEI Consultant at Think DV Consulting Ltd, working with organisations across Formula 1, Pharma, and the Tech sector. He advises senior leaders on how to align strategy, culture, and inclusion to unlock performance, build resilient organisations, and compete in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

In recognition of his services to charity, David was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the Queen’s 2017 New Year’s Honours List and has delivered a TEDx talk on leadership and opportunity.

This session is also a fantastic chance to connect with fellow professionals, alumni, and the Bayes community.

MEMBA Programme start year

The Modular Executive MBA is ideally suited for executives with leadership or management experience, looking to continue your successful career while studying part-time. You'll be based in London, UK or globally and are comfortable with travelling to London once a month. You'll be committed and confident in independent study when not on campus.

GMBA Programme start year

The Global MBA (Online) programme is a two-year part-time MBA completed primarily online with maximum flexibility with two on-campus modules completed at our London campus.
