will help provide a roadmap and support for those preparing for C-Suite
positions and what to expect when you get there. Hear from those who’ve made
this critical transition and what lessons they would share.
During this interactive webinar executive coaches from
the Bayes Postgraduate Careers Team will encourage you to:
- Evaluate
the mindset and capability shift required to make a C-Suite transition, and
your own motivations and readiness to take on an executive leadership role
- Develop
a plan of action which puts you in the strongest position for success,
incorporating a gap analysis of your leadership brand and influence, and how
you can build knowledge of relevant contexts
- Appreciate
common pitfalls and challenges that new C-Suite executives encounter and how
you can best anticipate and navigate these in your current organisation or new
organisation
- Adopt
practical strategies based on insight from leaders that have made the C-Suite
transition
This session is
recommended for any Bayes Postgraduate Alumni in senior level roles who are
seeking to secure a C-Suite position as part of their short to mid-term career
strategy. However, content could be of interest to any Alumnus interested in
understanding more about C-Suite profiles and responsibilities.
