Thank you for your interest in CCE's Aspiring Chief Executives (ACE) programme 2023/24. We would be grateful if you could take about 15 minutes to answer the application questions below. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your application form which will then be reviewed by the programme leaders, Christine Fogg and Lisa Barry, who may then be in touch with you to discuss your application.

The ACE 2023/24 programme will take place on the following dates:

Module 1: Thursday 21 & Friday 22 September 2023 (in-person)
Action Learning Set 1: Friday 6 October 2023 (online)
Module 2: Thursday 16 & Friday 17 November 2023 (in-person)
Action Learning Set 2: Friday 8 December 2023 (online)
Module 3: Thursday 25 & Friday 26 January 2024 (in-person)
Action Learning Set 3: Friday 9 February 2024 (online)

This programme is being delivered with both online and in-person elements.

All modules in this programme will be delivered in-person at Bayes Business School from 10:00 to 17:00 on Thursdays and from 09:00 to 16:00 on Fridays. All Action Learning Sets will be delivered online via Zoom and run from 09:00 to 12:00.

There will also be an evening 'in conversation with' two sector CEOs on a date to be confirmed closer to the time.

4. The Programme

To relate your learning on the programme to your practical leadership experience, we are asking each of you to have an organisational dilemma in mind that you can refer to briefly in discussions with other participants and tutors. Please can you summarise, in two or three sentences, a current dilemma that you'd like to work on (N.B. If your project is sensitive there will be a confidentiality agreement at the start of the programme).

We really want this to be a great learning experience for you. Do you have any specific learning, accessibility or other needs that we can support you with, or any concerns about the programme that you would like to discuss in confidence?

This programme is being delivered in a hybrid format, with some elements being held in-person. For these sessions catering will be provided. Please use the space below to let us know of any specific dietary requirements and allergies that we should be aware of.
