Thank you for your interest in CCE's New Chief Executives (NCE) programme. We would be grateful if you could take about 15 minutes to complete a few brief questions. We will then be in touch to confirm that we have received your application form and that it has been passed on to the programme leaders, Christine Fogg and Tammy Tawadros, who may then be in touch to discuss your application with you.

The programme will take place on the following dates:

Module 1: Thursday 18 & Friday 19 May 2023 (in-person)
Action Learning Set 1: Friday 2 June 2023 (online)
Module 2: Thursday 22 & Friday 23 June 2023 (in-person)
Action Learning Set 2: Friday 7 July 2023 (online)
Module 3: Thursday 7 & Friday 8 September 2023 (in-person)
Action Learning Set 3: Friday 29 September 2023 (online)

All modules in this programme will be delivered in-person at Bayes Business School from 10:00 to 17:00 on Thursdays and from 09:00 to 16:00 on Fridays. All Action Learning Sets will be delivered online via Zoom and run from 09:00 to 12:00.

There will also be an evening 'in conversation with' two sector CEOs on a date to be confirmed closer to the time.

Please note that the two bursary positions available with this programme have already been filled. We will no longer be accepting bursary applications for this programme.

To relate your learning on the programme to your practical leadership experience, we're asking each of you to have an organisational dilemma in mind that you can refer to briefly in discussions with other participants and tutors. Please can you summarise, in two or three sentences, a current dilemma that you'd like to work on (N.B. If your project is sensitive there will be a confidentiality agreement at the start of the programme).
