Gradvantage 2024 Internal Placement Submission Form

GradVantage is a yearly employability programme run by City St Georges Careers & Employability team which offers recent graduates of colour career guidance and employability support.

As part of the programme the graduates will be offered the opportunity to apply for exclusive 4- weeks project-based graduate placements offered by an internal City St Georges Department at the end of their studies.

We have funding for 9 internal work placements. The graduate will be employed and paid through Unitemps (City St Georges internal temporary recruitment service).

PLEASE NOTE:

The funding is limited so we may not be able to accept all requests made for the scheme. We will therefore look at what projects will be most beneficial to the graduates and will aid the most development.
Application closing deadline: Monday 28th April 2025
You will be notified as to whether your project has been selected by Tuesday 6th May 2025.
Once a project has been approved, it will be advertised via Unitemps on the Tuesday 3rd June 2025 to the participants of the GradVantage Programme
Placements must start between 30th June 2025 to 03rd July 2025 and must finish by the 31st July 2025 at the very latest (due to the requirements of the funding).

Once your placement has been confirmed and final exams are finished we will release the project to the eligible GradVantage graduate for a limited period. You will then receive your shortlist of applications to consider.
